1What is an initial assessment?
It’s a structured process that identifies your child’s strengths, needs, and goals. It includes observation, caregiver interviews, and standardized tools like the Vineland-3 or BLAF.
How long does it take to start therapy?
Typically 2–4 weeks after assessment and insurance approval, depending on scheduling and staff availability.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We work with most major insurance companies, including Colorado Medicaid, Georgia Medicaid, and commercial payers such as BCBS, United, Aetna, and Cigna.

Yes — we support private pay options and school-based ABA consulting for districts and charter programs.
💙 Caregiver Involvement
How are parents involved in ABA?
Parents are central to the process! We include Parent Training sessions to teach strategies, review progress, and help generalize skills to daily life.
How do you measure progress?
Every skill is tracked with objective data in Motivity. Families receive visual progress updates and clear explanations during team meetings.
What if my child doesn’t like therapy?
We use pairing and preference assessments to make learning fun and meaningful — children should want to come to session!
How do you handle challenging behaviors?
We conduct a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) to understand why behaviors happen, then teach replacement skills using positive, evidence-based methods.
How do you ensure quality and safety?
All staff are background checked and supervised weekly
Programs are individualized and reviewed regularly
We follow BACB ethics, HIPAA standards, and state safety guidelines
