Jeffrey S. Conrad, Secretary and Director
Mr. Conrad currently serves as Secretary of the Company as well as a Director. He has been a director of the Company since June of 2007. Mr. Conrad is a securities attorney and partner in eFund Capital Management, LLC. He has accumulated successful experience in all facets of investment banking including portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and legal analysis. He was formerly with Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher and Universal Pictures. Mr. Conrad is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School.
Barrett R. Evans
Mr. Evans has been a director of the Company since June of 2007. Mr. Evans is eFund Capital Management’s managing partner. He began his career with Cruttenden Roth, a California regional emerging growth focused investment bank. He has significant relationships with institutional investors in private equity and debt offerings and has engaged in all facets of investment banking from private debt and equity financing to Initial Public Offerings, retail brokerage and institutional trading, Mezzanine financing and bridge capital. Mr. Evans is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.

John D. Todd, B.Sc., M.D., F.R.C.S., Clinical Advisory Board Chairman, Scientific Advisor
Dr. Todd is a Scientific Advisor to Genesis Bioventures and serves as Chairman of the Genesis Bioventures' Clinical Advisory Board. Dr. Todd received his medical training in Calgary, Alberta and currently maintains a general surgical practice at the Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock, British Columbia, specializing in the care of breast cancer patients. Dr. Todd served as Chief of Surgery at the Peace Arch Hospital for nine years and has been instrumental in establishing effective, thorough management of breast cancer patients, including award winning community support programs. Dr. Todd previously conducted studies with Genesis Bioventures to demonstrate the value of mammastatin and found that the naturally occurring protein regulates cell growth of breast tissue and appears to halt the growth of malignancies that arise from breast tissue. Dr. Todd received Health Canada approval to administer the mammastatin protein as a therapeutic to treat seven palliative women who were dying of breast cancer and found a significant remission being demonstrated in several patients. This research led Dr. Todd to enter the field of biomedical research and he subsequently co-founded ProtoKinetix, Inc., a public biotech company of which he served as President and Chief Executive Officer until May of 2007.

Ivan Labat, Ph.D., Scientific Advisor
Dr. Labat is a Scientific Advisor to Genesis Bioventures. Dr. Labat received doctorate degrees in Molecular Biology and Physiology from the University of Belgrade and has extensive experience in gene and protein database development and analysis, sequence analysis, drug target discovery, and experience in developing and maintaining corporate and division information systems infrastructure. Dr. Labat was Senior Director of Data Analysis at Hyseq Corporation and Hyseq Pharmaceuticals (now Nuvelo: NASDQ NUVO) where he was responsible for developing the largest private repository of gene discovery and protein information. Dr. Labat has also developed web applications for drug discovery and research integration of public, private and proprietary databases.

Dr. (med) Kaspar Baenziger, Business Advisor
Dr. Baenziger is a medical doctor trained at the University of Basel in Basel, Switzerland and has a Doctorate in Medicinal Biochemistry. He has held biotechnology investment positions with the international investment banks Lombard, Odier & Cie in Zurich and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in New York. He has significant marketing and strategic development experience from his tenure at international conglomerate giant Nestlé corporation in Switzerland, France and Germany. Recently, he was the Managing Director of the Swiss National Competence Centre of Research in Nanoscience overseeing 240 researchers. Currently, Dr. Baenziger is the founder and CEO of Nexatio Pharmaceuticals in Basel, Switzerland, a private biotechnology company focused on targeted cancer therapies that has demonstrated positive clinical results in compassionate-use trials with its therapy for malignant glioma.

Lou Lome, Scientific Advisor
Mr. Lome is noted for his scientific contributions spanning three decades of service to the United States government at the highest levels of science at the Office of Research and Development at the Central Intelligence Agency, the Innovative Science & Technology Office of the Strategic Defense Initiative Organization, the Department of Defense Science and Technology Program in Electronic Warfare, and most recently as a research scientist for the Institute for Defense Analysis (IDA). Mr. Lome's experience includes technology innovation in communications and information technology, VLSI, image and signal processing programs, advanced information surveillance, quantum computing, and nanotechnology.
Mr. Lome is also an advisor to the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS), Emerging Research Devices (ERD), NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the Nanotechnology Science & Technology Institute. He is a member of over twenty exclusive science professional societies, including senior member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), life member of the American Physical Society (APS), fellow of the Optical Society of America (OSA), Society for Photo-optical Interpretation Engineers (SPIE), Society for Mathematical Biology (SMB), among others, and he is Chair of numerous conferences within IEEE and SPIE, and the Nanotech 2005 Government Forum.

William A. Collins, Business Advisor
Mr. Collins serves as a business advisor to Genesis Bioventures. Mr. Collins started his career at Intel Corporation and quickly became a lead sales person on the IBM account, helping establish the Intel-IBM relationship and carrying the #2 quota in the company. He then became a key executive for International Rectifier (“IR”), ramping the company from $60M to over $700M. Mr. Collins was instrumental in taking IR’s power MOS technology from the early adopter phase to global market leadership in multiple market segments. Among other roles, he ran IR’s largest business, taking it from $100M to $400M, and headed up global sales and marketing. Mr. Collins subsequently joined the Tech Coast Angels, a dominant source of angel funding and guidance in Southern California. Mr. Collins became vice president of Tech Coast Angels Los Angeles in 2003 and president in 2004 and 2005. In 2003, Mr. Collins also co-founded Publex Ventures, a firm focused on creating superior returns for micro and small cap public companies. Publex was sold to MCC Global in 2005 and Mr. Collins remains as an advisor. Mr. Collins serves in multiple director and advisory roles and is currently co-developing Starboard Venture Partners, a fund that will focus on seed to early stage private equity investments in Southern California. Mr. Collins is a frequent industry panelist and has been a guest lecturer at Caltech, USC, UCLA and LARTA. Mr. Collins received his BSEE degree from Clarkson University.

Michael R. Petriella, Business Advisor
Mr. Petriella currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of a large, private radiology practice in the Northern Virginia marketplace. Prior to this role, he was with General Electric's Healthcare division for nine years where he developed substantial experience in breast cancer diagnostic imaging and managed both public and private breast cancer awareness projects. Serving as a healthcare sales consultant, he managed a broad commercial account base in the Chesapeake region as well as the United States military hospitals in Western Europe. In that capacity, he administered a global team of sales managers and service engineers for multiple healthcare products, specifically information technology, radiology and cardiology equipment and consultative financial products. Initially recruited into GE's executive fast-track Commercial Leadership Program, he has significant exposure to GE's global cross-functional leadership practices. Mr. Petriella graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA degree from Villanova University and is a graduate of Duke University's Fuqua School of Business Executive MBA program.
